Linda Stoltz Foundation
Linda StolzSome of you were aware Linda had been battling cancer for the last few years. She had been a regular at the dog show ring for over 30 years. She was always soft spoken, first in line to help a fellow exhibitor or dog in need and known for her easy smile and good sportsmanship. Linda Stoltz and Katrina rescue Rottweiler RosieWhen Linda’s cancer returned, she never lost her good humor nor her dedication to the breed. We lost Linda on February 15th, 2008.

Linda was not only a beautiful person, but a caring and dedicated friend to our breed. She has always worked hard to keep Rottweilers safe, and will always be remembered for her hard work and determination in working to help the dogs that needed shelter after Hurricane Katrina. Linda was "on duty" 24/7 at the holding facility, Lamar Dixon outside of New Orleans, and through her tenacity and skill, these dogs were offered food, shelter and medical treatment and a "ticket" out of there. Even after that, she continued to transport, house and find homes for abandoned Rottweilers as needed.

In honor of Linda’s memory and to continue her dedication to helping Rottweilers in need, the idea of the Linda Stoltz Foundation was developed. This fund will be utilized to help with transportation of Rescued Rottweilers. Please give today and give generously, in memory of the kindness and hard work that Linda always gave so willingly.
